Today, we are proud to celebrate Silver Pointe’s 2-year anniversary while maintaining over 95% occupancy since opening.

Developed through the 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, Silver Pointe provides housing opportunities for families earning at 60% and 45% of Area Median Income (AMI). The continued strong occupancy reflects not only the demand for quality affordable housing, but also the importance of creating communities that residents are proud to call home.
Projects like Silver Pointe are a reminder that affordable housing can deliver lasting impact — providing stability for families, strengthening communities, and creating long-term value for partners and stakeholders alike.
